Hannah is, in a word, brilliant. My wife and I have been seeing her (separately) for personal training sessions for the last year or so, and couldn’t be happier. I’m over 10kg down in weight since we started, but also feel stronger and generally fitter. Perhaps most importantly, I genuinely enjoy exercise again—Hannah is great at making sure you understand why you’re doing whatever you’re doing, giving helpful and encouraging feedback, varying your programme so you keep making progress, and generally making sure you get the most out of your sessions. And, just to reiterate this part, it’s a lot of fun, even if you’re hungover on a cold, early, rainy February morning. So if you’re looking for a fantastic PT, look no further!
